Rather public public toilets

I've opted not to think about the rationale for the design of the public toilets below....

I cannot believe they are actually being used- which evidently they are, judging by the condition of them.

Oh, my, yes. I've witnessed a few things I didn't necessarily want to witness during my wanderings through Tokyo. Including oyaji who don't even bother to use the rather public public toilets; they simply use whatever extremely public wall is nearest.

My obnoxious inner obasan comes out when I see people peeing publicly...
