Yesterday a university class was talking (grumbling) about rainy season. I asked them why they didn't like it. One girl said, "My hair ... nan dake ... explodes?"
Mine too! In Ameyoko the other day (emergency dash for Chinese cooking ingredients & Takeya's soba noodles with soba at a higher percentage than flour in the ingredients) I almost splurged and bought Kerastase...but my kechi-ness got the better of me.
I suggested to a student wanting the aircon on yesterday to imagine being a frog or a mushroom... he wasn't convinced.
